All our products available for purchase online are subject to availability. We reserve the right to alter the terms or duration of any special offers or sales promotions and we will inform you if we are ever unable to process your order via email and issue you with a refund for any unavailable items.
Once your order has been placed you will receive an email confirmation to the address provided when registering your details on the site.
PRICING & PAYMENT OPTIONS
Whilst every effort is made to ensure that all prices on our website are accurate, errors may occur. In the rare circumstance that a pricing error is made on the Oh My Love website then the customer will be informed and given the option of cancelling the order.
Oh My Love payments will be made via Paypal but please note you are not required to have a Paypal account in order to make a transaction and we accept all of the following forms of pament for online purchases - Visa, Switch, Solo, UKE, American Express (AMEX), DC, Delta, JCB and MC.
We do our very best to get your order right every time but occaisonally things don't quite go to plan.
If you've received an order containing the wrong item, please send the item back to us and email us a copy of the postage receipt and we will be happy to reimburse you for the cost of postage as well as of the item.
It's super important that you keep your proof of postage when you return the item so that we can offer this service to you.
