We want you to be fully satisfied with every item you purchase from Oh My Love. As an online business that values our customers we aim to provide a fuss-free returns service.

If, for whatever reason, you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can return full priced item(s) within 21 days of receipt for a refund on the cost of your item/s. At this time, Oh My Love is not able to cover the cost of returns and customers will have to pay for the cost of returning the item/s. We recommend that customers obtain a receipt of postage for your records. 

We are only able to offer refunds on sale items that are returned within 14 days.

Return your parcel via a tracked or royal mail service and obtain proof of postage receipt for your records.

Please also note that items must be returned with all of the barcode tags intact. Your items should be in their original packaging. 

All goods inspected on return and any item in an unsuitable condition and any signs of wear will be sent back to you.

In the interests of hygiene, earrings, eyelashes, tights and swimwear cannot be returned if the hygiene seal has been removed, unless they are of unsatisfactory quality or unfit for purpose. All barcode tags must be intact. 

Your returned parcel remains your responsibility until it arrives with us, remember to ask for proof of postage, so if your parcel goes missing in the post, you’ll have proof you’ve sent it.

Once we receive your item(s), we will inspect and process your refund, which may take between 5 - 7 working days.

We will issue you with an e-mail notification once this is processed. Any refund will automatically be issued to the card used to make your original purchase or the PayPal account from which the purchase was made.


We can’t offer an exchange on returned items but you can send something back for a full refund and then place a new order for the size, colour or item you’d prefer.
