RETURNS & REFUNDS
21 DAYS TO CHANGE YOUR MIND
You can return items to us within 21 days of receipt for a full refund on the cost of your items.
Please note that Oh My Love is not able to cover return postage costs at present and customers will have to pay for the cost of returning the items. We recommend that customers obtain a receipt of postage and tracked postage to ensure the item is delivered back to us safely.
Please also note that items must be returned with all tags intact. Your items should be in their original packaging. All goods are inspected on return and any item in an unsuitable condition or with any signs of wear will not be accepted. In the interests of hygiene earrings, eyelashes and tights cannot be returned. Swimwear cannot be returned if the hygiene seal has been removed. Your statutory rights are not affected.

We are unable to offer exchanges but you can send something back for a full refund and then place a new order for the size, colour or item you’d prefer.
OUTLET - FINAL SALE
We are unable to offer refunds as these items are FINAL SALE.
HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE?
We will email you to let you know once your refund has been processed which can take up to 28 days from the day your parcel is posted to us. Any refund will be issued to the card used to make your original purchase or the PayPal account from which the purchase was made. Please note that once your refund has been processed it can take 2-5 working days to show up in your account. Your returned parcel remains your responsibility until it arrives with us so remember to ask for proof of postage and proof of delivery using a tracked service.
I HAVE NOT RECEIVED MY REFUND
If you have not yet received an email to confirm your refund is being processed, please allow up to 28 days from the date you sent your item before querying your return. If this time has passed, please email us with a copy of your proof of postage so that Customer Care can investigate this for you.
